If you need a visa to enter Germany, we will be happy to confirm your registration for a WiPDaF course so that you will be able to apply for a visa. However, this confirmation can only be provided after you have paid the full amount of the course fee.
If you are applying for a three-month visa, it can take more than two months for you to get it, and you will need the WiPDaF confirmation earlier. Make sure to take any additional time you might need into account. The rule is: the sooner you book a course, the fewer problems you will have getting a visa.
In case you cannot participate in a language course because you were unable to obtain a visa, please show us the letter of rejection and we will refund the course fee even if the course has already begun. You will, however, have to pay for any bank fees incurred.
If you have a visa, course fees CANNOT be refunded while it is valid. WiPDaF vouches for the fact that you are in Germany in order to learn the language.
Participants from EU member states who are insured in their home countries are automatically insured in Germany; participants from other parts of the world should take out private insurance. There are a large number of insurance providers with many different offers, in most cases accessible online. We are happy to help with this but we do not provide insurance ourselves.
